CMS Info Systems has declared 25% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

CMS Info Systems Ltd. on Thursday, 14 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 25 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Monday, 14 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 11 September 2026.

The last five dividends are 27.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 18 February 2026), 30% Special dividend (Ex Date : 23 May 2025), 32.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 May 2025), 32.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 11 February 2025) and 32.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 28 May 2024).
