Dhanalaxmi Roto has declared 10% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Ltd. on Monday, 24 August 2026, has announced Final dividend of 10 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Monday, 14 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 11 September 2026.

The last four dividends are 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 September 2025), 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 21 June 2024), 12.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 September 2023) and 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 21 September 2022).
