Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., August 29, 2026, has considered and approved the establishment of the Corporate Office of the Company at Office No. 403, 4th Floor, City Centre Mall, Plot No. 5, Sector-12, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110078, with effect from August 29, 2026, wherein the Books of Accounts of the Company shall be maintained.
