The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.75 crore compared to net loss of Rs 3.63 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.02 per cent at Rs 23.43 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 46.49 per cent to Rs 23.35 crore from Rs 15.94 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 491.03 per cent at Rs 4.61 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.78 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 96.15 per cent to Rs 0.08 crore as against Rs 2.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 96.96 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 73.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.39 crore, while Taxation increased by 33.33 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.09 crore).
