CMS Info Systems - Fixation Of Record Date For Final Dividend

The Board of Directors of the Company have fixed Monday, September 14, 2026, as the Cut-Off Date for determining entitlement for Final Dividend to be approved by the Members of the Company at the ensuing 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
