The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.05 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1066.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.92 per cent at Rs 306.03 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 259.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.45 per cent to Rs 278.05 crore from Rs 234.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 78.05 per cent at Rs 0.73 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.41 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.92 per cent to Rs 27.97 crore as against Rs 24.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.19 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 10.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 14.94 crore, while Taxation increased by 700.00 per cent at Rs 3.20 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.40 crore).
