Singer India posts Q1 net profit of Rs 3.00 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 3.00 crore compared to net loss of Rs 2.36 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 56.95 per cent at Rs 144.55 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 92.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 47.07 per cent to Rs 140.95 crore from Rs 95.84 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 43.28 per cent at Rs 1.92 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.34 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 196.26 per cent to Rs 3.60 crore as against Rs -3.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 161.33 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 166.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.16 crore, while Taxation increased by 218.18 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore (Jun'25 Rs -0.88 crore).
