The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.44 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 0.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.60 per cent at Rs 73.60 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 79.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.31 per cent to Rs 72.73 crore from Rs 77.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 65.64 per cent at Rs 2.70 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.63 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 56.93 per cent to Rs 0.87 crore as against Rs 2.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 53.15 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 3.70 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.28 crore, while Taxation decreased by 8.05 per cent at Rs 0.80 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.87 crore).
