The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.77 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 450.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.98 per cent at Rs 9.05 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.91 per cent to Rs 9.20 crore from Rs 8.94 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 58.82 per cent at Rs 1.35 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.85 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 175.00 per cent to Rs -0.15 crore as against Rs 0.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 178.44 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 22.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 102.04 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.49 crore).
