The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.32 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 0.43 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 22.98 per cent at Rs 24.83 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 32.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.34 per cent to Rs 25.42 crore from Rs 31.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 216.00 per cent at Rs 1.58 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.50 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 270.59 per cent to Rs -0.58 crore as against Rs 0.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 325.96 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 6.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.95 crore, while Taxation increased by 133.33 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Jun'25 Rs -0.15 crore).
