The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.75 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 0.61 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.09 per cent at Rs 59.06 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 57.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.82 per cent to Rs 59.56 crore from Rs 57.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 300.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 512.50 per cent to Rs -0.49 crore as against Rs -0.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 492.86 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 75.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 71.43 per cent at Rs -0.24 crore (Jun'25 Rs -0.14 crore).
