The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 6.93 crore compared to net loss of Rs 3.34 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 74.32 per cent at Rs 541.43 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 310.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 74.50 per cent to Rs 523.67 crore from Rs 300.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 311.54 per cent at Rs 3.21 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.78 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 68.98 per cent to Rs 17.76 crore as against Rs 10.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.96 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 3.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.61 crore
