The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 48.89 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.72 per cent at Rs 27.52 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.59 per cent to Rs 26.67 crore from Rs 27.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 52.38 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.49 per cent to Rs 0.86 crore as against Rs 0.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.42 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 44.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.36 crore, while Taxation decreased by 72.73 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.11 crore).
