ACI Infocom - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

ACI Infocom Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, considered and approved the appointment of JVJ & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor and M/s. D Maurya and Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company. The Board also took note of the resignation received from the existing Secretarial Auditor, M/s. Nishant Bajaj & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries.
