Mazda - Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 along with the Notice of the 36th Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on Monday, 21st September, 2026 at 12.00 P.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means, which is being sent to members through electronic means. \r\n\r\nThe Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 along with notice of the AGM will be available on the website of the company i.e., www.mazdalimited.com. \r\n\r\nPlease take note of the same.
