The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 31.54 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 30.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.74 per cent at Rs 1,287.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,310.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.55 per cent to Rs 1,194.92 crore from Rs 1,188.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 14.16 per cent at Rs 32.57 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 28.53 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 23.94 per cent to Rs 92.96 crore as against Rs 122.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.62 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 28.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 60.25 crore, while Taxation decreased by 9.76 per cent at Rs 11.47 crore (Jun'25 Rs 12.71 crore).
