The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 531.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 308.79 per cent at Rs 17.21 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 211.73 per cent to Rs 15.15 crore from Rs 4.86 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 0.81 per cent at Rs 1.23 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 416.92 per cent to Rs 2.06 crore as against Rs -0.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 177.65 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 877.78 per cent at Rs 0.88 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.09 crore).
