The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 2.31 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 21.78 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 435.37 per cent at Rs 68.42 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 124.45 per cent to Rs 65.74 crore from Rs 29.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 51.43 per cent at Rs 1.87 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.85 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 116.23 per cent to Rs 2.68 crore as against Rs -16.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 103.03 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 451.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 838.00 per cent at Rs -9.38 crore (Jun'25 Rs -1.00 crore).
