The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.91 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 16.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.19 per cent at Rs 512.86 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 396.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.73 per cent to Rs 451.37 crore from Rs 342.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 4.55 per cent at Rs 1.05 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.22 per cent to Rs 61.50 crore as against Rs 54.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.35 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 3.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 21.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.69 per cent at Rs 6.13 crore (Jun'25 Rs 5.80 crore).
