Hind. Motor - Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

As per Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we are submitting herewith Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 comprising of Notice of 84th AGM, Audited Financial Statements of the Company along with Auditors' Report thereon, Board's Report, and other requisite reports.
