The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.52 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.83 per cent at Rs 65.92 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.46 per cent to Rs 65.72 crore from Rs 51.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 45.83 per cent at Rs 1.75 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.20 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 53.49 per cent to Rs 0.20 crore as against Rs 0.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 62.20 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 107.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.27 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
