The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.92 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 18.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 31.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.31 per cent at Rs 238.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 206.76 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.49 per cent to Rs 199.42 crore from Rs 175.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 0.79 per cent at Rs 3.76 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.79 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 25.54 per cent to Rs 38.98 crore as against Rs 31.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.85 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 15.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.79 crore, while Taxation increased by 33.28 per cent at Rs 7.65 crore (Jun'25 Rs 5.74 crore).
