The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.17 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 48.34 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.61 per cent at Rs 70.75 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 60.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.99 per cent to Rs 55.59 crore from Rs 46.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1242.86 per cent at Rs 1.88 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8.60 per cent to Rs 15.16 crore as against Rs 13.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.83 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 89.26 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.16 crore, while Taxation increased by 33.09 per cent at Rs 3.62 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.72 crore).
