The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.48 crore compared to net loss of Rs 3.85 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 81.85 per cent at Rs 30.42 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 167.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 82.89 per cent to Rs 29.13 crore from Rs 170.28 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 39.80 per cent at Rs 1.37 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.98 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 147.96 per cent to Rs 1.29 crore as against Rs -2.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 363.35 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 4.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.30 crore
