The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 25.06 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 14.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 75.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.29 per cent at Rs 75.15 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 63.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.52 per cent to Rs 50.91 crore from Rs 45.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 182.51 per cent at Rs 10.82 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.83 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 38.41 per cent to Rs 25.62 crore as against Rs 18.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.03 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 15.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.38 crore, while Taxation increased by 71.39 per cent at Rs 7.13 crore (Jun'25 Rs 4.16 crore).
