The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 36.35 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 29.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 21.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.77 per cent at Rs 170.52 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 134.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.78 per cent to Rs 106.45 crore from Rs 86.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 56.07 per cent at Rs 4.02 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 9.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.08 per cent to Rs 64.07 crore as against Rs 48.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.16 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 79.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 69.94 per cent at Rs 3.74 crore (Jun'25 Rs 12.44 crore).
