The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 2.06 crore compared to net loss of Rs 2.89 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 43.09 per cent at Rs 78.50 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 36.93 per cent to Rs 78.34 crore from Rs 57.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 127.36 per cent at Rs 4.57 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 106.78 per cent to Rs 0.16 crore as against Rs -2.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 104.65 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 2.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 300.00 per cent at Rs -0.04 crore (Jun'25 Rs -0.01 crore).
