The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.23 crore compared to net loss of Rs 34.62 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.59 per cent at Rs 349.81 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 328.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.01 per cent to Rs 319.91 crore from Rs 344.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 23.68 per cent at Rs 2.61 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 288.88 per cent to Rs 29.90 crore as against Rs -15.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 277.39 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 41.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.58 crore, while Taxation increased by 107.05 per cent at Rs 0.90 crore (Jun'25 Rs -12.77 crore).
