The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.79 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 25.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.42 per cent at Rs 140.12 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 119.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.84 per cent to Rs 132.27 crore from Rs 112.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 8.70 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.23 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 10.88 per cent to Rs 7.85 crore as against Rs 7.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.40 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 1.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 4.03 per cent at Rs 1.29 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.24 crore).
