The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 79.10 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 69.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.23 per cent at Rs 395.52 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 352.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.26 per cent to Rs 303.97 crore from Rs 283.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2.84 per cent at Rs 19.16 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 18.63 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.66 per cent to Rs 91.55 crore as against Rs 69.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.23 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 26.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.97 crore, while Taxation increased by 102.15 per cent at Rs 26.32 crore (Jun'25 Rs 13.02 crore).
