The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.73 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 134.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 86.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.31 per cent at Rs 1,536.03 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,135.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 58.30 per cent to Rs 1,411.03 crore from Rs 891.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 195.75 per cent at Rs 12.54 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.24 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 48.73 per cent to Rs 125.00 crore as against Rs 243.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 62.10 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 52.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 49.34 crore, while Taxation decreased by 88.55 per cent at Rs 5.48 crore (Jun'25 Rs 47.88 crore).
