The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 21.41 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 15.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 38.76 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.09 per cent at Rs 118.08 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 87.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 33.60 per cent to Rs 87.59 crore from Rs 65.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1.47 per cent at Rs 2.76 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.72 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 39.54 per cent to Rs 30.49 crore as against Rs 21.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.28 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 85.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.65 crore, while Taxation increased by 37.07 per cent at Rs 7.10 crore (Jun'25 Rs 5.18 crore).
