Colgate-Palmolive elevates Prabha Narasimhan to APAC role; appoints Manish Anandani as MD & CEO

Colgate-Palmolive has announced a leadership transition, with Managing Director and CEO Prabha Narasimhan being elevated to a global role and Manish Anandani appointed as her successor for the India business.

Narasimhan, who has led the India business for the past four years, will take over as Executive Vice President – Marketing, Asia-Pacific Division, effective September 28, 2026.

The Board of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive India has approved Anandani’s appointment as Managing Director and CEO for a five-year term, effective September 28, 2026.
