The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 47.48 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 49.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.43 per cent at Rs 469.67 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 390.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.24 per cent to Rs 409.39 crore from Rs 329.51 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 16.62 per cent at Rs 20.12 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 24.13 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.36 per cent to Rs 60.28 crore as against Rs 60.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.28 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 1.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.08 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.06 per cent at Rs 13.42 crore (Jun'25 Rs 16.18 crore).
