(IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OASM), the Register of Member and Share Transfer Book of the company will be closed from Wednesday , September 09, 2026 to Tuesday, September 15, 2026(Both days Inclusive).Further company has fixed Tuesday, September 08, 2026 as Record Date and E-voting period starts from Saturday , September 12, 2026 and ends with Monday, September 14,2026.
