Arkade Developers Ltd. has added four cluster redevelopment projects across key micro-markets in Western Mumbai, with a combined projected turnover potential of around Rs 5,000 crore.
The projects are spread across approximately 45,204 sq. m. or 11.17 acres in Malad West, Kandivali West, Kandivali East and Borivali West. Collectively, they are expected to offer around 15 lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area.
Two of the projects, located in Ashok Nagar, Kandivali East and Shankar Lane, Kandivali West, cover a combined plot area of around 12,612 sq. m. and are expected to generate approximately 3.5 lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area, with an estimated Gross Development Value of Rs 1,100 crore.
The Malad West redevelopment project spans around 8,428 sq. m. and is expected to offer approximately 2.5 lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area, with a turnover potential of around Rs 900 crore.
The largest project, located at Yogi Nagar – Plot B in Borivali West, spans approximately 24,165 sq. m. and is expected to generate around 9 lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area, with a potential turnover of approximately Rs 3,000 crore.
The four projects have a combined estimated construction area of around 51 lakh sq. ft., further strengthening Arkade Developers’ redevelopment pipeline across established residential markets in Mumbai.
Amit Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Arkade Developers, said redevelopment remains a key part of Mumbai’s real estate growth and a core strength of the company. He also highlighted the company’s recent milestone at Arkade Eden in Malad West, where it received the Occupancy Certificate nine months ahead of the committed RERA date.
