The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 106.77 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 151.67 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.41 per cent at Rs 1,904.78 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,740.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.13 per cent to Rs 1,646.03 crore from Rs 1,429.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 38.16 per cent at Rs 15.02 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 24.29 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 16.85 per cent to Rs 258.75 crore as against Rs 311.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 24.05 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 2.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 51.11 crore, while Taxation decreased by 39.39 per cent at Rs 33.11 crore (Jun'25 Rs 54.63 crore).
