The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 69.88 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 65.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 47.75 per cent at Rs 244.53 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 165.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 399.62 per cent to Rs 39.62 crore from Rs 7.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 80.77 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.30 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.04 per cent to Rs 204.91 crore as against Rs 157.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.98 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 20.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 106.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 469.14 per cent at Rs 29.14 crore (Jun'25 Rs 5.12 crore).
