Krishanveer Forge has declared 30% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Krishanveer Forge Ltd. on Wednesday, 27 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 30 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 11 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 11 September 2026.

The last five dividends are 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 September 2025), 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 06 September 2024), 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 02 August 2013), 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 03 August 2012) and 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 September 2011).
