The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.10 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 12.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.62 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.95 per cent at Rs 161.06 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 157.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.70 per cent to Rs 138.04 crore from Rs 129.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 470.49 per cent at Rs 3.48 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.61 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 19.54 per cent to Rs 23.02 crore as against Rs 28.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.09 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 59.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.23 crore, while Taxation decreased by 3.18 per cent at Rs 4.26 crore (Jun'25 Rs 4.40 crore).
