The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.27 crore compared to net loss of Rs 2.39 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.50 per cent at Rs 14.37 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.44 per cent to Rs 13.91 crore from Rs 16.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 66.83 per cent at Rs 0.68 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.05 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 111.72 per cent to Rs 0.45 crore as against Rs -3.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 110.06 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore
