The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 70.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 39.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 80.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 34.99 per cent at Rs 283.39 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 209.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.43 per cent to Rs 201.68 crore from Rs 170.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.39 per cent at Rs 19.27 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 18.46 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 106.13 per cent to Rs 81.71 crore as against Rs 39.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 52.70 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation increased by 77.14 per cent at Rs 24.02 crore (Jun'25 Rs 13.56 crore).
