The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 4.02 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 5.52 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.22 per cent at Rs 70.68 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 77.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.67 per cent to Rs 65.60 crore from Rs 71.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 26.22 per cent at Rs 4.70 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 6.37 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.93 per cent to Rs 5.08 crore as against Rs 5.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.99 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 14.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.53 crore, while Taxation decreased by 257.58 per cent at Rs -0.52 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.33 crore).
