Bhatia Communication has declared 1% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2027

Bhatia Communications & Retail (India) Ltd. on Friday, 14 August 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 1 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 21 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 21 August 2026.

The last five dividends are 1% Final dividend (Ex Date : 17 July 2026), 1% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 20 February 2026), 1% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 21 November 2025), 1% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 22 August 2025) and 1% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 July 2025).
