The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 4.34 crore compared to net loss of Rs 1.92 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.35 per cent at Rs 93.97 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 87.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.23 per cent to Rs 85.78 crore from Rs 87.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 38.46 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4195.00 per cent to Rs 8.19 crore as against Rs -0.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3886.96 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 29.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 308.57 per cent at Rs 1.46 crore (Jun'25 Rs -0.70 crore).
