As required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on August 17, 2026, has approved the appointment of M/s. Bandyopadhyaya Bhaumik & Co. as the Cost Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2026-27.
