The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 318.57 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 386.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.96 per cent at Rs 1,162.54 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,305.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.75 per cent to Rs 720.64 crore from Rs 781.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 0.53 per cent at Rs 70.01 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 70.38 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 15.97 per cent to Rs 441.90 crore as against Rs 525.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.64 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 7.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 32.54 crore, while Taxation decreased by 15.23 per cent at Rs 105.53 crore (Jun'25 Rs 124.49 crore).
