Divgi Torqtransfer has declared 65.40% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Divgi Torqtransfer Systems Ltd. on Monday, 25 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 65.40 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 10 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 10 September 2026.

The last three dividends are 52% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 September 2025), 52% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 July 2024) and 67% Final dividend (Ex Date : 24 July 2023).
