With reference to captioned subject, we would like to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e., Friday, August 14, 2026 inter alia:\r\n1. Approved appointment of M/s. Manoj Pandya and Associates, Chartered Accountant (FRN: 127281W) as Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27;\r\n2. Approved appointment of M/s. Mitesh Suvagiya & Co., Cost Accountant (FRN: 101470) as Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-27.
