we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on Friday, 14th August 2026 has inter alia considered and approved the following: 1.Considered and approved UnAudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June ,2026 as per Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and took on record the Audit Report given by Statutory Auditor of the Company in this behalf. A copy of same is enclosed herewith, along with a Declaration regarding unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results. (Annexure-1) .
